Attentive to the need for quality suppliers in the manufacturing industry, Gene Schindler — our chairman, owner, and founder — started Elite Material & Logistics Solutions in 1998 as a fabricator and material handling supplier for large local manufacturers.
Though Gene himself has over 35 years of experience in this industry, he credits the continued success of Elite Material & Logistics Solutions to the hard work, extensive industry knowledge, dedication, and customer-first attitude of the 300-employee EMLS team. From the beginning, Gene has maintained a family-like culture in the operations resulting in a workforce dedicated to delivering quality products in a timely manner.
Over 25+ years, Elite Material & Logistics Solutions has grown into a multi-million dollar manufacturing support provider by continuously improving quality management systems, providing customer-centric service, cultivating managers and executives with extensive experience in the industry, and investing heavily in industry-leading technology.

Melissa has been the Vice President of EMLS since 2018. She first joined EMLS in 2004 after earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of North Texas with a focus in Human Resources Management.
She built the EMLS Human Resources department from the ground up, developing HR policies and practices for multiple company locations. She rejoined EMLS in 2017, after 10 years working in Career and Technology Education. She has multiple years of experience in Teaching and Training Strategies, Relationship Management, Benefits Administration, and Management.

David Buschbacher has been the General Manager at Elite Material & Logistics Solutions since 2008. has over 24 years of experience running multiple fulfillment facilities in a cost-efficient and cost-effective manner.
His ability to interface with clients while simultaneously managing daily workflows and functions is one of the primary drivers behind our client’s continued success.
For more than 25 years, Donnie Greene has worked with small businesses and large corporations in the logistics industry and has overseen everything from warehouse operations and quality assurance to inventory control and operations.
Donnie began his career in the printing business, moved on to a Fortune 500 company, overseeing receiving, order fulfillment and shipping, and worked as an operations manager and project coordinator before joining EMLS.

Jackie is a dedicated and results-driven Quality Manager with 15 years of experience in ensuring product/service excellence through effective quality control processes. Adept at implementing quality management systems, leading cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Jackie has led and managed the quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Laverne Maule
After earning a degree in Accounting from the University of Texas and a CPA certificate, Laverne has worked for over 40 years in both public and private industries.
Since joining EMLS in 2005 she has served in a variety of roles for the company. She is now responsible for overseeing and maintaining day-to-day financial operations, retirement plan administration, federal, state, and local compliance policies and helps to ensure the company’s financial health.
